that “K” Line will implement an Emergency Revenue Charge (ERC) for dry and
reefer shipments originating from HK & South China as follows:
Effective
: 15th January, 2010.
Scope :
Hong Kong and South China to U.S.A & Canada.
Quantum
: USD 320/20’, 400/40’, 450/40’HC and
505/45’.
ERC is applicable
to shipments moving under your current service contract. It will expire by the end of the current
contract or execution of a new contract, whichever comes first.
