Subject: SUPPLEMENTARY BUNKER CONTRIBUTION CHARGE (EBF) FOR EUROPE,

MEDITERRANEAN & BLACK SEA CARGOES

As a result of the rapidly increasing fuel prices which has been ongoing since January of this year, and

in order to recover a contribution towards our increased bunker costs, we have made the decision

individually to introduce a Supplementary Bunker Contribution charge which to apply as follows:-

Supplementary Bunker Contribution charge (EBF)

· USD 85 / 20’

· USD170 / 40’ & HC

Effective from: 1^st July, 2009 (Bs/Lading date)

The surcharge is applicable the rate on all cargo moving from Hong Kong & South China (covers

Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Yunnan & Fujian Provinces) to the following Destinations in the

Europe & Mediterranean:

Europe - (incl North Continent, UK, Ireland, Portugal, Scandinavia, Baltic states & Russia) &

Mediterranean - (West Mediterranean, Adriatic, East Mediterranean, Black sea and North Africa).
