MEDITERRANEAN & BLACK SEA IMPORT CARGOES

As a result of the rapidly increasing fuel prices which has been ongoing since January of this year,

and in order to recover a contribution towards our increased bunker costs, we have made the decision

individually to introduce a Supplementary Bunker Contribution charge which to apply as follows:-

Supplementary Bunker Contribution charge (EBF)

· USD 42.50 / 20’

· USD 85 / 40’ & HC

Effective from: 15^TH July, 2009

The surcharge is applicable the rate on all cargo moving from Europe (incl North Continent, UK, Ireland,

Portugal, Scandinavia, Baltic states & Russia) & Mediterranean (West Mediterranean, Adriatic, East Mediterranean, Black sea and North Africa) to Hong Kong & South China.
