As ocean freight rates on the Asia to West Coast South America trade corridor have now reached levels

which are no longer financially viable to carrier and to ensure the long term viability of providing good

and efficient regular weekly service, “K” Line will like to announce the following Rate Restoration program:

Rate Restoration(GRR) for West Coast South America (wef 15 June, 2009)

20’ USD300

40’ & HC USD600

Another GRR wef 01 July, 2009 will be:

20’ US$300

40’ & HC US$600

Another GRR wef 01 August, 2009 will be:

20’ US$500

40’ & HC US$1000

Further increases may be required later in the year and these will be announced with 30 days notice period.
