Container Seal Charge

Dear Customers,

Please be advised that with effect from 15^th September, 2009, the Container Seal Charge will be imposed on all container shipments from Hong Kong, Macau and South China. This charge is applicable per unit of seal as below :

B/L Issue Location	Fee Per Seal
Hong Kong and Macau	HKD25
Guangdong, China	RMB25
Guangxi, China	RMB25
Guizhou, China	RMB25
Hainan, China	RMB25
Yunnan, China	RMB25

Note : This charge should be prepaid at origin at the time of B/L issuance.
