As ocean freight rates on the Asia to East Coast South America and Mexico trade corridor have now reached

Levels which are no longer financially viable to carrier and to ensure the long term viability of providing

good and efficient regular weekly service, “K” Line will like to announce the following Rate Restoration

program:

Rate Restoration(GRR) for East Coast South America (wef 15 SEPT 2009)

40’ & HC USD1000

Rate Restoration(GRR) for Mexico (wef 15 SEPT 2009)

20’ USD300

40’ & HC USD600

Further increases may be required later in the year and these will be announced with 30 days notice period.
