Subject: New Instruction for Manifest Submission for NIGERIA Shipment

 

 

Pursuant to the principal’s instruction, all manifests and BLs MUST show full postal address of consignee

and notify plus a phone number (mobile phone numbers are accepted view lack of land lines) plus an email address for all NIGERIA shipment.

 

This information must be available as part of the Shipping Instructions presented by Shipper at POA/POI

and should be our policy as far as local offices and agents are concerned.

 

The policy should refer mainly to Nigeria but view some of the incomplete addresses for Benin and occasionally Ghana should also be recommended for these two countries.

 

 

Failure to adhere to this procedure may delay documentation being processed.
