Kindly be informed that “K” LINE will be implemented a Rate Restoration (GRR) of USD500/teu for West Coast South America (WCSA) & Mexico shipments based on OBL on-board date from 5^th January, 2012 and

the geographical areas as below.

a) Ex Hong Kong, Macau & SPRC to Mexico, Peru, Bolivia, Ecuador and Chile:

USD 500 per teu from 5^th January, 2012 (based on OBL on-board date).

b) Ex Hong Kong, Macau & SPRC to Columbia (pacific side, namely COBUN):

USD500 per teu from 15^th January, 2012 (based on OBL on-board date).
