Please find the notification as following.

Dear Valued “K” Line Customer,

Since January 1, 2011 the European Union’s security initiative “European 24 Hour Rule” has come into effect. As a result “K”Line has applied following Fees due to significant administrative burden for “K” Line.

Furthermore “K”Line has decided to apply same level of surcharge in case that Non-EU (but Europe Region) countries introduce same or similar Advanced Customs Manifest Regulation.

ENS charge for every new filing:

- USD 25 per Bill of Lading

Amendment fee for data already filed.

- USD 40 per Bill of Lading

That effective date shall be following the regulation.
