Re: Revisal of Container Seal Charge for ALL Export Shipments

Dear Customers,

Please be advised that the Container Seal Charge (CSL) will be adjusted for all container shipments from Hong Kong, Macau and South China. This charge is applicable per unit of seal as below:

B/L Issue Location	Fee Per Seal
Hong Kong and Macau	HKD35
Guangdong, China	RMB35
Guangxi, China	RMB35
Guizhou, China	RMB35
Hainan, China	RMB35
Yunnan, China	RMB35

Note : This charge should be prepaid at origin at the time of B/L issuance.

Effective date: TPS (USA & Canada) trade – 6^th Oct, 2011 based on cargo receiving date.

Others trade – 20^th Sep, 2011 based on shipment on-board date.
