| 3/ The party paying destination Terminal Handling Charges will have to pay the destination Terminal ISPS charge (ISD) | |||||||||||||||||
| 4/ In cases where the ocean freight is inclusive of LTHC then the ISP charge will be paid by the freight paying party | |||||||||||||||||
| 5/ In cases where the ocean freight is inclusive of DTHC the ISD charge will be paid by the freight paying party | |||||||||||||||||
| 6/ Charges are applied based on the first-water port of loading and last-water port of discharge | |||||||||||||||||
| 7/ Transhipment ports between Bill of Lading POL and POD have no impact on charges | |||||||||||||||||
| Please note the following information relating to Turkey only : | |||||||||||||||||
| If the Import rates are offered on a "Through" basis then note 5 above applies, otherwise if the Shipment Terms are | |||||||||||||||||
| "FREE OUT" then the ISD charge should not be manifested. | |||||||||||||||||
