be advised that Kline hereby announced to implement of rate restoration (RR) / HC
Surcharge / Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) / 20’ Premium for all dry and reefer
shipments from South China, Hong Kong and Macau outbound to North Europe, Baltic
& Scandinavia (NWC) and Mediterranean (MED) as flwgs:-
11) General Cargo: USD200 per TEU of RR as from 1st
October, 2007 (for both NWC & MED)
22) PSS for MED : As from 1st June,
2007 until 17th February, 2008 with the amount of USD135 per TEU
33) PSS for NWC: As from 1st August,
2007 until 17th February, 2008 with the amount of USD135 per TEU
44) High Cube: USD300 per 40H as from 1st
October, 2007 (for both NWC & MED)
55) 20' Premium S.China / Heavy Weight as from
10th June, 2007 (for both NWC & MED)

tons - USD350 (Weight
is gross)

tons or above - USD350+USD100 per ton (Weight is gross)
-Weight gross refers to total
