Request for Insertion of Booking Number in Shipping Instruction Document (SI)
Please be informed
that we will adopt a new booking numbering system with effect from below
vessels/voyages. The new booking number
consists of 11 digits (for example : 01011234567) which represents our bill of
lading number (or seaway B/L) (for example : KKLU1234567) to be issued for this
particular shipment and vice versa.
In order to smooth our bill of lading (or seaway
B/L) process, you are kindly requested to insert the booking number in all of
your shipping instruction documents (SI).
The lack of booking number information may result delay of bill of
lading (or seaway B/L) issuance.
